All HookUP.com subscriptions are managed by the stores they were purchased through. HookUP.com does not have access to your account information. To cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:

Open the “Settings” app on your device.

Tap on your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.

Tap on “Subscriptions.” If you don’t see “Subscriptions” listed, it means you don’t have any active subscriptions tied to your Apple ID.

You’ll see a list of all your active subscriptions. Find the one you want to cancel and tap on it.

Tap “Cancel Subscription.” You may need to confirm your selection.

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, you won’t be charged again, and access to the subscription content will be revoked.
To cancel a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store on your Android device, you can follow these steps:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

Tap on the menu icon (usually three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner of the screen to open the side menu.

From the side menu, select “Subscriptions.”

You’ll see a list of all your active subscriptions. Find the one you want to cancel and tap on it.

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
